تشرح هذه الصفحة ما يجمعه تطبيق «روتين · أمبير» من بيانات، ولماذا، وكيف تتحكم بها. التطبيق تطوّره وتديره روتين للحلول الرقمية (Rutin Solutions)، الرمادي، العراق.
- نجمع فقط ما يلزم ليعمل التطبيق: رقم هاتفك وبيانات حسابك، وبيانات مولدتك التي تُدخلها بنفسك.
- لا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليل، ولا موقع جغرافي.
- لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.
- لا يتم أي دفع داخل التطبيق.
- يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناته في أي وقت — طلب حذف الحساب.

بيانات مشتركيك
عندما تُدخل أسماء مشتركيك وأرقام هواتفهم، فأنت المسؤول عنها وعن الحصول عليها بشكل مشروع. نحن نحفظها نيابةً عنك فقط، لتشغيل التطبيق والنسخ الاحتياطي. لا نستخدمها لأي غرض آخر، ولا نتواصل مع مشتركيك.
ما لا نجمعه
الموقع الجغرافي، وجهات الاتصال، والصور والملفات، والكاميرا والميكروفون، ومعرّفات الإعلانات. صلاحيات التطبيق على هاتفك هي: الاتصال بالإنترنت، ومعرفة حالة الشبكة، والاهتزاز.
أين تُحفظ بياناتك
- على هاتفك: بيانات مولدتك، وتُمسح منه عند تسجيل الخروج.
- على خادمنا: لدى شركة الاستضافة Hetzner في ألمانيا.
- الاتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفّر (HTTPS)، والوصول إلى الخادم مقيّد. البيانات على الخادم ليست مشفّرة بمفتاح خاص بك، لأن الدعم الفني يحتاج قراءتها لمساعدتك واستعادة بياناتك.
مع مَن نشاركها
مع جهات تشغيلية فقط، وبالقدر اللازم:
- تليجرام — لإرسال رمز الدخول إلى محادثتك مع بوت روتين.
- Hetzner — استضافة الخادم.
- واتساب — فقط إذا ضغطت زر الدعم الفني: تُفتح محادثة مع رقم الدعم، وفيها رقم حسابك.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين. نكشفها لجهة رسمية فقط إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات حسابك ومولدتك: ما دام حسابك قائماً.
- نسخ الاستعادة: آخر 7 نسخ يومية و12 نسخة شهرية لكل حساب.
- النسخ الليلية لقاعدة البيانات: 14 يوماً، ثم تُحذف تلقائياً.
- السجلات التقنية: محدودة الحجم، وتُستبدل تلقائياً.
حذف حسابك
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت، من التطبيق أو من صفحة طلب الحذف. يُحذف الحساب وكل بياناته من خادمنا، وتختفي من النسخ الليلية خلال 14 يوماً. نحتفظ بنسخة منفصلة من بياناتك لمدة 30 يوماً فقط، لتصحيح أي خطأ أو استرجاعها بطلبك، ثم نحذفها.
حقوقك
- أن تطّلع على بياناتك وتصحّحها من داخل التطبيق.
- أن تحصل على نسخة منها: التطبيق يصدّرها بصيغة CSV، ويمكنك طلب نسخة كاملة من الدعم.
- أن تطلب حذفها.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لأصحاب المولدات والعاملين معهم، وليس للأطفال. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات مَن هم دون 13 عاماً.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا غيّرنا شيئاً جوهرياً فسنحدّث تاريخ هذه الصفحة ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق.

This page explains what the Rutin · Ampere app collects, why, and how you control it. The app is developed and operated by Rutin Solutions, Ramadi, Iraq.
- We collect only what the app needs: your phone number and account details, and the generator records you enter yourself.
- No ads, no tracking or analytics tools, no location.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
- There are no payments inside the app.
- You can ask us to delete your account and all its data at any time — request deletion.
What we collect and why

Your subscribers' data
When you enter your subscribers' names and phone numbers, you are responsible for them and for collecting them lawfully. We store them on your behalf only, to run the app and back it up. We use them for nothing else and never contact your subscribers.
What we do not collect
Location, contacts, photos and files, camera or microphone, advertising IDs. The app's permissions on your phone are: internet access, network state, and vibration.
Where your data is kept
- On your phone: your generator records; they are wiped from it when you sign out.
- On our server: hosted by Hetzner in Germany.
- Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS), and server access is restricted. Data on the server is not encrypted with a key of your own, because support needs to read it to help you and restore your data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers, and only as needed:
- Telegram — to deliver sign-in codes to your chat with the Rutin bot.
- Hetzner — server hosting.
- WhatsApp — only if you tap the support button, which opens a chat with our support number that includes your account number.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. We disclose it to an authority only when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- Account and generator data: for as long as your account exists.
- Restore points: the last 7 daily and 12 monthly copies per account.
- Nightly database backups: 14 days, then deleted automatically.
- Technical logs: size-limited and overwritten automatically.
Deleting your account
You can ask for deletion at any time, in the app or on the deletion page. The account and all its data are removed from our server, and disappear from nightly backups within 14 days. We keep one separate copy for 30 days only, to correct a mistake or restore it at your request, and then delete it.
Your rights
- To see and correct your data in the app.
- To get a copy: the app exports CSV, and support can provide a complete copy.
- To have it deleted.
Children
The app is for generator owners and the people who work with them, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change anything material, we will update the date on this page and tell you in the app.
