حذف حسابك وبياناته

يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق «روتين · أمبير» وكل البيانات المرتبطة به.
كيف تطلب الحذف
الإعدادات ← «حذف الحساب».
راسلنا من رقم الهاتف المسجَّل في حسابك على +964 784 410 8083 واكتب: «أطلب حذف حسابي».
إلى support@rutin-apps.link، واذكر رقم الهاتف المسجَّل في حسابك.
ماذا يحدث بعد الطلب
- نتأكد أن الطلب من صاحب الرقم: رسالة من الرقم نفسه، أو رمز نرسله إلى تليجرام المرتبط بحسابك.
- نحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام، ونُعلمك بذلك.
- يُسجَّل خروج كل هاتف كان مسجّلاً بحسابك عند أول اتصال له، وتُمسح بياناته منه.
ما يُحذف
- بيانات حسابك: رقم الهاتف، والاسم، واسم المولدة، والمحافظة والمدينة، وربط تليجرام.
- اشتراكك وسجله.
- بيانات مولدتك ونسخها الاحتياطية: المشتركون، والدفعات، والمصاريف، والتسعيرة.
- الجُباة وأجهزتهم وتصفيات حساباتهم.
ما يبقى، ولماذا
- النسخ الليلية لقاعدة البيانات قد تحتوي بياناتك حتى 14 يوماً، ثم تُحذف تلقائياً.
- نسخة منفصلة من بياناتك نحتفظ بها 30 يوماً فقط، لتصحيح أي خطأ أو استرجاعها إن طلبت، ثم نحذفها.
- رمز التفعيل الذي استخدمته يبقى مسجّلاً على أنه «مستخدم»، بلا أي ارتباط برقمك، حتى لا يصلح للاستخدام مرة ثانية.
الحذف نهائي: المدة المتبقية من اشتراكك لا تُسترد، وإذا سجّلت لاحقاً بالرقم نفسه فستبدأ حساباً جديداً فارغاً. قبل الطلب، يمكنك تصدير بياناتك من التطبيق بصيغة CSV.

Delete your account and its data

You can ask at any time for your Rutin · Ampere account and all data linked to it to be deleted.
How to request deletion
Settings → «حذف الحساب» (Delete account).
Message +964 784 410 8083 from the phone number registered to your account and write "Please delete my account".
Write to support@rutin-apps.link and include the phone number registered to your account.
What happens next
- We confirm the request comes from the number's owner: a message from that number, or a code sent to the Telegram chat linked to your account.
- We delete the account within 7 days and let you know.
- Every phone signed in to your account is signed out on its next connection, and its local data is wiped.
What is deleted
- Your account: phone number, name, generator name, province and city, and the Telegram link.
- Your subscription and its history.
- Your generator records and their backups: subscribers, payments, expenses, prices.
- Collectors, their devices, and their cash settlements.
What remains, and why
- Nightly database backups may contain your data for up to 14 days, then are deleted automatically.
- One separate copy of your data is kept for 30 days only, to correct a mistake or restore it at your request, and is then deleted.
- An activation code you used stays recorded as "used", with no link to your number, so it cannot be used again.
Deletion is permanent: remaining subscription time is not refunded, and signing up again with the same number starts a new, empty account. Before asking, you can export your data from the app as CSV.
